How We Calculate Our Prices

Our product prices consist of the following components:

1. Cost Price (Material and Processing Costs)

The cost price covers only the direct costs of materials (e.g. lenses frames coatings) and processing (e.g. cutting assembling quality control). It does not include indirect costs such as rent website maintenance marketing or machine depreciation.
Example: For a pair of glasses the cost price includes the raw materials for the frame and lenses plus the labor and processing fees to manufacture the product.

2. Gross Margin

The gross margin is added to the cost price to sustain our business and ensure we can continue delivering quality products and services. The gross margin is divided into two parts:

 

· Operational Costs: These cover essential expenses such as rent for our facilities website hosting and maintenance equipment maintenance and depreciation customer service shipping and logistics and research and development for new designs.

· Company Profit: This portion allows us to invest in growth innovation and long-term sustainability while maintaining fair pricing for our customers.
We keep our gross margin reasonable and transparent to balance affordability with business viability.

3. Final Retail Price

The final price you pay is the sum of the cost price and the gross margin plus any applicable taxes or shipping fees (clearly displayed at checkout). We strive to keep our prices competitive while upholding the quality and service you expect.

Why We Exclude Certain Costs from Cost Price
